Blue Dunes Vacation rentals is a small family run property management business created by Jessica and Justus Kasunic. Jessica and Justus moved to Carolina Beach in the Spring of 2019 to start managing beach houses for family. They quickly fell in love with Carolina Beach and wanted their guests to love it to. Over the last few years they have begun to grow their property management business through word of mouth and only taking on a select few properties. Jessica and Justus never want to allow their standards to drop, which is why spaces are limited. With Blue Dunes you are guaranteed that either Jessica or Justus will themselves walk through your property between every guests. They treat each home they look after as if it were their own, taking care of your property, and performing the maintenance required to keep your home a happy one.
